Registrations are currently closed. Please check back in August for details on registering for the 2024/25 summer of cricket. 

General information

Mount Maunganui Cricket Club caters to all age groups, and welcomes anybody, from those who have never played before to the more experienced.

Junior cricketers: to help you choose which division is right for your child, please check here. Upon registration, we will also work to ensure that it is the right Division for your child to develop their cricket and to experience a fun, safe, and enjoyable environment.

Junior registrations are on a Term by Term basis.

Senior registrations are for the entire 2024/25 summer season.

Uniform 

All players are required to wear a club shirt and cap or wide brimmed hat (if you prefer) for their games.  These items are able to be purchased via the regisration process and can be collected from Cricket Express, 6 Tawa Street, mount Maunganui.  Remember to let the team at Cricket Express know that you are part of the Mount Maunganui Cricket Club and register for their MVP Program, earning you points and discounts towards your next purchase. 

Times 

Junior (Primary, Intermediate, and College Division 6) are played on a Saturday morning, with College Division 5 and Senior cricket played on Saturday afternoons.

The exception to this is the Super Smash - Give it a Go Hubs - which are run during the week by Northern Districts. 

We also have teams in the WBOPCA and BOPCA Senior Saturday competitions, and a Twilight (business house) competition which is played on Monday and Tuesday nights. Any senior player wanting to join any of these teams, please contact us to enquire further.

Junior payment is required at the time of registration via credit card (Ezidebit).

Please also contact us if you are not able to pay via credit card, or if you require a payment plan or if you would like to discuss payment options.We understand that at times it can be a challenging environment, and we are here to support your family to enjoy cricket wherever we can.
