2020/21 PRE-SEASON TRAINING & WARM-UP GAME SCHEDULE

Welcome to the brand new cricket season!

On the back of what was a sterling season in 2019/20 with the trophy cabinet all but full, this season sees MMCC looking to not only retain silverware in the cabinet with an enhanced, professional coaching schedule but has a new partnership with Club Mount to ensure the team is well socilaised and hydrated after each and every match.

During the off season due to some hard work negotiating we have secured a 30 year lease on Blake Park, this will eventually lead to the ressurection of a club house overlooking our number one ground. This has been in the pipeline for almost a decade.

Please get the following dates in your diary:

Sunday 26th September @ 1pm - Club Training at Blake Park

Sunday 3rd October - B Grade warm up game vs. Tuakau CC (Troy Payne Memorial Game) - venue Tuakau

as well as a 1pm - Club Training at Blake Park

Saturday 10th October - Prems and Reserves/B's game vs. Marist Suburbs for the Kaimai Trophy. These games to be played at home this year. Venue - Blake 2 (artiifical) and Macville Park respectfully. Saturday 17th October - Mixed club warm up game vs the new club Waipuna Valley Wombats - Venue Blake 2 (artifical) intra-club game, mate on mate with bragging rights in the offing. Venue TBA.

Saturday 24th October - Premier season starts and Reserve Grade T20 competition

Saturdat 31st Octtober - All grades into season competitions.
